Configure your email account on iOS (iPhone / iPad)
To manually configure your email account, make sure you know the email settings for your account, such as: username, password, IMAP or POP3 email server, and SMTP server.If you do not know them, you can find them by going to the cPanel control panel in the Mail Accounts section - setting client mail.Then follow these steps:
Go to Settings > Accounts & Passwords and go to Add Account. If you are using iOS 10.3.3 or earlier, go to Settings> Mail> Accounts and tap Add account, tap Other, then touch Add Mail Account.
Enter your name, email address, password, and account description.
Touch Next. Mail will try to find your email settings and finish your account setup.
If your Mail application finds your email settings, touch OK to complete your account setup.
If the Mail application can not find your email settings, then you must enter them manually. Touch Next, then follow these steps:
Choose IMAP or POP3 for the new account. If you are not sure which option to choose, contact your email service provider.
Enter the information for the E-mail Receiving Server and E-mail Send Server (even if it says that it is optional, they must be entered). Then touch Next.f your email settings are correct, touch Save to finish.
If your email settings are incorrect, you will be prompted to edit them.
