Error: "552 MS-Office file containing VBA macros found inside of the email"

Description

     Error: "552 MS-Office file containing VBA macros found inside of the email".

     This error occurs when using the SonicWALL firewall.

Soluție:

        Disable SonicWALL Gateway Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware, and Service Intrusion Prevention Service:
        Connect to the SonicWALL interface
        Select Security Services
        Select Gateway Antivirus
        Select configuration of antivirus gateway settings
        Check to turn off SMTP responses
        Select OK to save the changes
        Select Protocols
        Select SMTP
        Uncheck Restrict the transfer of MS-Office files that contain macros (VBA 5 and later)
        Select OK to save the changes
        Restart SonicWALL
