How can I cancel my service?
To cancel a service, do the following:
Go to "My Services".
Select the service you want to cancel by clicking on the hostname.
Click "Cancel Request" (button located at the bottom of the page).
Describes the reason for canceling the service and selects "Immediate" or "At the end of the billing period."
You will receive an email confirming your cancellation request. If you selected "Immediately", your service will be canceled within 24 hours.
